The Integrations page lets you connect supported third-party platforms to sync reviews and products.
To open it, go to your store and select Integrations.
Integration access
If integrations are not available on your current plan, the page shows an upgrade banner and the integration cards are disabled.
When integrations are available, each card shows whether that integration is connected or needs configuration.
WooCommerce Marketplace
WooCommerce Marketplace syncs reviews from WooCommerce.com for products that have a WC.com ID set.
Use this integration when you want to import reviews from WooCommerce.com extension listings into matching products in Reviewbird.
This integration only syncs reviews for products with WC.com IDs. You can manage those IDs from the Products page.
Connecting Reviewbird to WooCommerce Marketplace
On the Integrations page, select WooCommerce Marketplace.
If the integration is not connected, the Connect WooCommerce Marketplace section appears.
Choose a Sync Frequency:
- Once per day
- Once per week
The default sync frequency is Once per day.
Select Connect to create the connection. Syncing is enabled automatically when the connection is created.
Managing a connected integration
After WooCommerce Marketplace is connected, the page shows WooCommerce Marketplace Connection.
The status badge shows whether syncing is Active or Paused.
The connection page also shows:
- Products with WC.com IDs: the number of products that can be matched to WooCommerce.com reviews.
- Last Sync: the last time the integration ran. If it has not synced yet, this shows Never.
Changing sync settings
Use Sync Frequency to switch between Once per day and Once per week.
Use Sync enabled to pause or resume automatic syncing.
Select Save Settings after changing these settings.
Running a manual sync
Select Sync Now to start a WooCommerce Marketplace review sync immediately.
The sync runs in the background and may take a few minutes.
Using quick links
The connected integration page includes quick links for related tasks:
- Products: manage WC.com product IDs.
- Sync History: view past sync runs and results.
- CSV Import: import reviews from a CSV file.
Handling sync failures
If the integration has repeated sync failures, Reviewbird may automatically pause syncing after 5 consecutive failures. When this happens, the page shows the last error so you can investigate before enabling sync again.
Removing the connection
Use Remove Connection to stop syncing WooCommerce Marketplace reviews.
Removing the connection does not delete previously imported reviews. Those reviews remain in your store.
