Branding settings control the main visual identity used across your customer-facing Reviewbird experiences.
To manage branding, open your store and go to Branding.
Logo
The Logo section controls the store logo shown in emails and branded customer surfaces.
If a logo is already saved, it appears as the Current logo. Select Remove to delete it.
You can add or replace a logo in two ways:
- Upload: Choose an image file from your computer. The image must be less than 5MB.
- URL: Enter a direct HTTP or HTTPS link to your logo image, then select Save.
For best results, use a clear logo image with enough padding to look good in email headers and customer-facing pages.
Primary Color
The Primary Color section controls the main brand color used for widget buttons, email buttons, and showcase accents.
The default primary color is #007cba.
You can choose the color with the color picker or enter a HEX color value manually. The value must be a 6-digit HEX color, such as #007cba.
Select Reset to return the field to the color that was loaded when you opened the page. Select Save branding to apply the color.
Where branding appears
Your logo and primary color can appear across several customer-facing areas, including:
- Review request emails and other customer emails
- Review submission and confirmation pages
- The display widget
- Showcases
- Other branded customer surfaces
The display widget also has separate color settings for items such as stars and masonry cards. Those are managed under Reviews > Display Widget.
Email-specific text below the logo is managed separately as Branding Subtitle in email template settings.
Saving changes
Logo changes are saved when the upload, URL save, or remove action completes.
Primary color changes are saved only after selecting Save branding.
