Reviewbird has several admin notifications that can make managing your WooCommerce product reviews easier
Low rating review notice
To get notified when a customer leaves a low rated review, you can enable the Low rating review notice.
You can configure the star rating that is considered a low rated review, as well as the recipients:
Moderation Notice
The moderation notice is sent when a submitted review requires manual moderation. There are two reasons a review might need manual moderation:
- Auto publish reviews is turned off
- The review was flagged as problematic according to your Moderation settings.
Daily Report
The daily report is sent when there are one or more pending or flagged reviews that require attention. The report is sent at 9AM EST. (we’ll allow additional configuration of this in the future)
