Showcases let you display selected reviews wherever you want. You can create a showcase for a homepage section, a product page, a landing page, or a full review wall.
To manage showcases, open a store and go to Reviews > Showcases.
Creating a showcase
Click Create Showcase to create a new showcase.
Each showcase has:
- Name: An internal name used to identify the showcase in your dashboard.
- Title: An optional heading displayed above the showcase. For example, “What Our Customers Say”.
- Display Mode: The layout used to display reviews.
- Review Source: Which reviews should appear.
- Active: Whether the showcase can be displayed on your store.
New showcases are Active by default.
Display modes
Slider is the default display mode. Additional showcase layouts may require a Starter plan or higher.
- Slider: A horizontal review slider with navigation controls.
- Grid: A responsive multi-column grid.
- Ticker: An auto-scrolling marquee.
- Hero: A single featured review.
- Review Wall: A full-page review display with optional rating header and pagination.




Choosing reviews
Review Source controls which approved reviews appear in the showcase.
- Select Specific Reviews: Manually choose reviews and set their order.
- Recent Reviews (All Products): Automatically show recent approved reviews from all products.
- Recent Reviews (Single Product): Automatically show recent approved reviews for one product.
- All Reviews: Show all approved reviews with pagination. This option is available for Review Wall.
Only approved reviews can appear in showcases.
If you choose Select Specific Reviews, search by product, review content, or reviewer. After adding reviews, use the up and down controls to change their order.
If you choose Recent Reviews (Single Product), use Select Product to search for the product by name or SKU.
Filtering reviews
For automatic review sources, use Minimum Star Rating to show only reviews at or above a selected rating.

- 3 stars & up
- 2 stars & up
For recent review sources, use Number of Reviews to choose the maximum number of reviews to display. Options include 1, 5, 10, 15, and 20 reviews.
Layout settings
Each display mode has its own settings.
- Slider Settings: Reviews per view, auto-play, auto-play speed, navigation arrows, pagination dots, and looping.
- Ticker Settings: Scroll speed, direction, pause on hover, and review details.
- Grid Settings: Number of columns.
- Hero Settings: Navigation arrows, auto-play, and auto-play speed.
- Review Wall Settings: Layout, reviews per page, rating header, and rating distribution.
Most layouts also include options to show or hide the product name, reviewer name, review date, and media thumbnails.
Card styling
Use Card Styling to adjust how review cards look.
- Card Background: The card background color.
- Star Color: The color used for star ratings.
- Card Corners: The corner radius for cards.
- Card Shadow: The shadow style for cards.
- Show media thumbnails: Shows small image or video thumbnails below review content.
The default star color is #FDB241.
Previewing a showcase
Live Preview shows how the showcase will appear on your store.
If the showcase does not have selected reviews yet, sample reviews may appear in the preview. Once you select reviews or choose an automatic review source, the preview uses your store’s review data when available.
Publishing a showcase
After creating a showcase, copy its Shortcode:

Add the shortcode to any page or post where you want the showcase to appear.
If Active is turned off, the showcase will not be displayed on your store.
Managing showcases
The Showcases page lists each showcase with its Name, Type, and Status.
- Use Copy shortcode to copy the showcase shortcode.
- Use Edit to update the showcase.
- Use Delete to remove the showcase.
Deleting a showcase cannot be undone.
Showcase limits
Showcase limits depend on your plan.
- Free: 1 showcase.
- Starter: 3 showcases.
- Plus and Everything: Unlimited showcases.
If you reach your plan limit, the dashboard shows Limit reached and the create button changes to Upgrade to Add More.
