One WooCommerce review workflow.
No patchwork of tools.
Collect, moderate, display, import, and export product reviews from one hosted system designed around WooCommerce.
Automate the follow-up
Send requests after fulfillment, follow up automatically, and control timing, products, countries, and exclusions. Request emails drive a 4-9x increase in review content, and a reminder adds about 50% more.
Keep reviews credible
Verify purchasers, choose publishing rules, and screen for spam, unsafe media, and personal information.
Bring your review history
Import from WooCommerce, Judge.me, WiserReview, ReviewX, or CSV—without rebuilding your social proof from zero.
From install to live reviews in
three straightforward steps
Install the plugin, connect your store, then choose what Reviewbird should collect and display.
STEP 01
Install and connect
Install the Reviewbird WordPress plugin, create your account, and authorize the connection to your WooCommerce store.
STEP 02
Choose your settings
Set request timing, customize email and brand settings, choose moderation rules, and enable the product-page widget.
STEP 03
Import or start collecting
Bring over existing reviews or turn on automated requests. New reviews appear on the matching WooCommerce product pages.
Nothing sends by surprise: Review Request emails stay disabled until you turn them on.
The parts of review management
you should not have to do by hand
Ask at the right time without sending every email by hand
Choose when requests go out after fulfillment, decide which products and countries qualify, customize the message, and follow up with customers who have not responded.
- Set the first request from 0 to 60 days after fulfillment
- Send configurable reminders only while products remain unreviewed
- Preview, test, schedule, cancel, or block emails

Make the review easy to leave and useful to browse
Customers can click a star rating in the email and open the review form on the original product page. Match the experience to your brand, then display product-specific reviews where shoppers need them.
- Step-by-step, product-specific review flow
- Photo and video support by plan
- Search, sorting, rating filters, list view, and masonry view by plan
Moderate the queue without pretending every review is perfect
Choose manual publishing or configurable auto-publish rules. Starter includes NSFW and personal-information detection; Plus adds Review Guard for AI text and media moderation.
- Auto-approve verified purchasers or reviews above a rating threshold
- Flag, censor, reject, or manually review unwanted content
- Screen review text, images, and video with advanced plans

Questions WooCommerce merchants
usually ask before switching
Straight answers about setup, migration, billing, and ownership of your reviews.
Does Reviewbird require WooCommerce?
Yes. Reviewbird is designed specifically for WooCommerce, and the WordPress plugin requires WooCommerce 5.0 or higher.
Can I import reviews from my current tool?
Yes. Supported sources include WooCommerce, Judge.me, WiserReview, ReviewX, and the standard Reviewbird CSV format. If Judge.me's WooCommerce shutdown stranded your reviews, your exported CSV imports directly.
Is Reviewbird hosted or only a WordPress plugin?
Reviewbird is a hosted service connected to WooCommerce through its WordPress plugin. Reviewbird handles review storage, processing, moderation, and email delivery while the plugin connects the store and displays reviews.
Will emails start sending as soon as I connect?
No. Review-request and reminder emails are disabled by default. You choose when to enable them and can configure the first request from 0 to 60 days after an order is fulfilled.
Can customers add photos and videos?
Starter supports one photo per review. Plus and Everything support unlimited photos and videos, subject to the plan’s current terms and media limits.
Does Reviewbird support Google Product Ratings?
Yes. The Google Product Ratings XML feed is available on Plus and Everything plans. Google applies its own eligibility and feed policies.
Can I cancel and export my reviews?
You can cancel through your account settings or support, and paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Review export is included on Starter and higher plans, so you are not locked into a one-way migration.
Where can I review the privacy and data terms?
Review the Privacy Policy, Data Protection Agreement, and Terms of Service before connecting a production store.
