The Products screen lets you browse synced products, search by product details, manage product group assignments, and control whether specific products are included in review request emails.
Products appear here after they are synced from your connected store.
Viewing products
Go to Products to see the product list.
The table shows parent products only. If a product has variations, the variation count appears under the product title.
Each row can include:
- Product: the product image, title, variation count, and email exclusion status.
- SKU: the product SKU.
- WC.com ID: shown when WooCommerce Marketplace sync is available.
- Group: shown when Product Groups are available.
- Actions: row actions such as viewing the product or changing email request eligibility.
Searching and sorting products
Use the search field to find products by title or SKU.
If WooCommerce Marketplace sync is available, search can also match WC.com ID.
Select the Product or SKU column headings to sort the list. Select the same heading again to switch between ascending and descending order.
Opening product actions
Use the actions menu at the end of a product row to manage that product.
- View product opens the product page when a product URL is available.
- Exclude from email requests prevents the product from being included in review request and reminder emails.
- Include in email requests makes an excluded product eligible for review request and reminder emails again.
Excluded products show a No emails badge in the product row.
Excluding products from review request emails
Use Exclude from email requests for products that should not receive review requests, such as gift cards, warranties, services, or products you do not want customers to review.
If an order contains only excluded products, Reviewbird will not send a review request email for that order.
If an order contains both excluded and eligible products, only eligible products are included in the review request email.
Managing product groups
When Product Groups are available, the table includes selection checkboxes and a Group column.
Select one or more products, then select Group Products to create a product group from the selected products.
Products that are already in a group cannot be selected from this table. Their group name appears in the Group column. Select the group name to open that product group.
Editing WC.com IDs
When WooCommerce Marketplace sync is available, the table includes a WC.com ID column.
Select a WC.com ID value, or the dash where no ID is set, to edit it inline. WC.com IDs must be numbers.
Use the check icon to save, the cancel icon to discard, or the clear icon to remove an existing WC.com ID.
Select Paste WC.com IDs to update WC.com IDs in bulk. Paste one SKU and WC.com product ID or URL per line, separated by a tab or space:

When no products appear
If the page says No products found, either no products match the current search or products have not synced from your store yet.
Clear the search field to return to the full product list.
